- In the event that you have bought any of our products from our online store Rich in Color Cosmetics, and it has not been delivered.
- Your purchase of the product doesn't meet your requirements.
- Ex. Missing package requirements.
- The purchased items are acceptable for exchange within the delivery week period only.
- Additional shipping and exchange charges will be borne by the buyer.
- The returned item must be accommodated with all the attachments and tags present at the time of delivery to be eligible for the exchange.
- Exchange process may take at least 10-14 days to proceed.
- In case of any dispute the final authority would definitely be Rich in Color Cosmetics and their partners. No objection or case whatsoever shall be considered against their decision.
